Rogue Ride

Welcome to Rogue Ride!

This is a little game made in 2 days for the GMTK jam 2020 (theme - Out of control).

The goal is to survive as long as possible in a car that has gone rogue. You don't control the car, but you do control the weapons inside the car. Shoot police cars, loot boxes, explosive barrels and trees to free up some space for your car.

-- CONTROLS --

LMB - Shoot, attract loot with magnet

MOUSE WHEEL - Change weapon

"1" - pistol (infinite ammo, but shoots 7 rounds and than has to reload) 

"2" - machine gun (limited ammo, but doesn't have to reload, shoots really fast)

"3" - shotgun (limited ammo, but shoots 6 bullets at a time, shoots really slow)

"4" - magnet (attracts loot)

-- OTHER RULES --

Small police cars need to be shot with 4 bullets to be destroyed. Big police cars need to be shot with 8. Trees need to be shot with 2 bullets. Loot boxes, and explosive barrels need to be shot once.

Damage:

Small police car (driving) - 15

Small police car (on fire) - 5

Big police car (driving) - 30

Big police car (on fire) - 5

Trees - 2

Explosive barrels - 1-50 depending on the distance

NOTE: Shotgun and machine gun share the same ammo

Ammo and health:

They are dropped from loot boxes

Picking up an ammo box gives you 20 ammo

Picking up a med kit gives you 10 health

NOTE: loot boxes can also drop explosive barrels, so be careful!

NOTE #2: you also regain a bit of health by destroying police cars
